Project Description:
The construction tasks for this project included: installing additional wood studs and wood blocking, the installation of grounded duplex outlets, the installation of (6) dimmable recessed light fixtures, and the installation of new ductwork above the HVAC supply and return registers in the finished basement ceiling.
Finishing work consisted of: installation of gypsum wall board ceilings and walls, taping, spackling, sanding, application of (1) prime coat and (2) finish coats of high grade paint in the color selection provided by the client.
